Wedding Rental
Corporate Parties

All rentals include tables and chairs as well as their set up and tear down.
A 10% discount is available to active and veteran military service members, first responders, and their children. Proper identification is required.
-19 total rental hours:
- 3 hours of set up and rehearsal time on the day prior to event*

- 8am-midnight day of event
​
*up to 2 additional hours of set up may be added to your rental for an additional fee

What we offer
StoneBriar Farm accommodates 275 guests in our ADA compliant and fully climate controlled wedding and event barn. Both central heating and air as well as heated floors keep the barn comfortable all year no matter the weather.
Our wedding barn is fully equipped with spacious Bride and Groom's suites, catering prep space and an extra room for your buffet. And you'll seldom find a venue that offers you as much time for your event as we do.

Our covered patio with bar access is the perfect space for cocktail hour or yard games. Have your ceremony inside the barn or, walk from the bride's suite down our paved aisle to the outdoor ceremony site and say "I Do" surrounded by beautiful Kansas scenery. And our complimentary dove releases can make your vows even more special. ​

All guest and vendor parking is onsite.

We have NO expensive bar packages or hidden fees. We require that you hire a bartender from our approved list, trust us, you'll be glad you did! Otherwise, you bring in your own vendors.
We are happy to refer you to those on our Preferred Vendor List.
